Oxygen Transport Study Featured by CAMECA
Our recent paper visualizing oxygen transport pathways in oxide heterostructures using in situ atom probe tomography is a featured highlight on the CAMECA Company website. The study, led by Sandra Taylor, was recently published in Advanced Materials Interfaces. We show how a unique combination of isotopic labeling and three-dimensional APT visualization allow us to highlight defect pathways in these materials. This information will richly inform the design of emerging energy storage and oxygen sensors, as well as memristive devices.
