Few-Shot Machine Learning GUI Released

We're excited to announce the release of our preprint and code for a GUI to perform few-shot machine learning analysis of electron microscope data. This project resulted from the hard work of an excellent team of UW-DIRECT capstone students, including Christina Doty, Shaun Gallagher, Wenqi Cui, Wenya Chen, Shweta Bhushan, mentored by our PNNL staff Marjolein Oostrom and Sarah Akers. It enables fast processing web-based processing of electron micrographs using any of multiple few-shot backends, such as Prototypical network.
